Senators Cruz and Cantwell reached a bipartisan agreement on the Rotorcraft Operations Transparency and Oversight Reform (ROTOR) Act, which will make flying safer in light of January’s fatal plane crash at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. The PIPELINE Safety Act of 2025 will help ensure the continued safe and secure movement of American energy.
