The Senate Commerce Committee’s Subscommittee on Consumer Affairs, Product Safety, and Insurance will hold a hearing on Compliance with All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Standards on Tuesday, June 6, 2006 at 10 a.m. in the Dirksen Building room 562.

The hearing will examine the extent to which the industry is in compliance with existing ATV standards, the development of ATV standards and action plans, methods to ensure that consumers are aware of proper ATV safety precautions and riding practices, and an examination of the current market for ATVs in the United States.
