Cantwell-Authored Program to Eliminate Dangerous Traffic-Blocking Rail Crossings in 32 States

Sen. Cantwell authored the Railroad Crossing Elimination Grant Program and shepherded its passage through Congress as part of the 2021 Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
