Feature Image: Capitol 1Washington, D.C.—The U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation’s Subcommittee on Surface Transportation, and Merchant Marine Infrastructure, Safety, and Security will hold a hearing on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. titled, “Surface Transportation Reauthorization: Local Perspectives on Moving America”. This hearing will focus on the reauthorization of surface transportation programs and explore the impacts of transportation investments on states, local communities, and users of the transportation system. The hearing will also highlight how transportation investments help drive the economy and create jobs.
