On Thursday, July 28, 2005, at 10 a.m., in room 253 of the Russell Building, the Commerce Committee will hold a Full Committee Markup to consider S. 1408, the Identity Theft Protection Act and S. 1516, the Passenger Rail Investment & Improvement Act of 2005.
