WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation’s Subcommittee on Surface Transportation and Merchant Marine today announced a hearing on Protecting Consumers from Fraudulent Practices in the Moving Industry scheduled for Thursday, May 4, 2006, at 10 a.m. in room 562 of the Dirksen Building.
