WASHINGTON, D.C.—The U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation announced today that an executive session has been scheduled for Thursday, December 8, 2011 following the first roll call vote on the Senate floor.   

The following nominations will be considered*:

• Nomination of Ms. Rebecca M. Blank, to be Deputy Secretary, U.S. Department of Commerce

• Nomination of Mr. Jon D. Leibowitz, to be a Member of the Federal Trade Commission (Reappointment)

• Nomination of Ms. Maureen K. Ohlhausen, to be a Member of the Federal Trade Commission

• Nomination of Mr. Ajit Varadaraj Pai, to be a Member of the Federal Communications Commission

• Nomination of Ms. Jessica Rosenworcel, to be a Member of the Federal Communications Commission
