Sen. Cruz Announces Subcommittee Ranking Members for 118th Congress

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation finalized Ranking Members for Subcommittees today and announced the following Republican Ranking Members for the 118th Congress.

“I am honored to announce our Subcommittee Ranking Members as we face such a critical juncture for the vast areas under this committee’s jurisdiction,” said Sen. Cruz. “As Americans continue to witness unprecedented spending by the Biden administration, challenges with Big Tech, and innovation and growth across the landscape of daily life, our work on the Commerce Committee will have a far-reaching impact on the people we were all elected to represent.”

The Commerce Committee Subcommittee Ranking Members:

  • Subcommittee on Aviation Safety, Operations and Innovation: Sen. Jerry Moran (R-Kansas)
  • Subcommittee on Communications, Media and Broadband: Sen. John Thune (R-South Dakota)
  • Subcommittee on Surface Transportation, Maritime, Freight and Ports: Sen. Todd Young (R-Indiana)
  • Subcommittee on Oceans, Fisheries, Climate Change and Manufacturing: Sen. Dan Sullivan (R-Alaska)
