Members will hear statements from pending nominees before the Committee. Senator McCain will preside. Following is a tentative list of nominees:

· Rhonda Keenum, to be Assistant Secretary and Director General of the U.S. and Foreign
Commercial Service for the Department of Commerce;
· Linda Combs, to be Assistant Secretary for Budget and Programs and Chief Financial Officer for
the Department of Transportation;
· Douglas Buttrey, to be a member of the Surface Transportation Board
· Francis Mulvey, to be a member of the Surface Transportation Board
