Climate Change - Greenhouse Gas Reductions and Trading Systems

Members will discuss economy-wide reductions in the emissions of greenhouse gases, and a trading system that would allow for the buying and selling of reductions credits earned in a certified registry. Senators John McCain (R-AZ) and Fritz Hollings (D-SC) will preside.
