April 8, 2011

Chairman RockefellerWASHINGTON, D.C.—Chairman John D. (Jay) Rockefeller IV today released this statement after the U.S. House of Representatives passed a resolution aimed at negating the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) recent network neutrality rules:

“Americans want the Internet to remain free and open and the FCC’s net neutrality rules provided just that. I’m disappointed that House leadership wants to undo the integrity of the FCC’s process and unravel their good work.”
