The pending nominee to the be the next administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) will provide testimony at a U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation confirmation hearing on Wednesday, January 20th at 10:30 a.m.

T.F. Scott Darling, III, currently serves as the acting administrator of FMCSA. President Obama formally nominated him to be administrator on August 5, 2015. Mr. Darling’s nomination questionnaire is available here.
