Chairman Cruz Announces Executive Session for December 8th

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Chairman of the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, will convene a full committee Executive Session on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. ET to consider the following nominations:

 

Agenda:

  • Nomination of John DeLeeuw, of Texas, to be a Member of the National Transportation Safety Board
  • Nomination of Michael Graham, of Virginia, to be a Member of the National Transportation Safety Board
  • Nomination of Steven Haines, of Virginia, to be an Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Industry and Analysis
  • Nomination of Robert Harvey, of Florida, to be a Federal Maritime Commissioner
  • Nomination of Jared Isaacman, of Pennsylvania, to be Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration
  • Nomination of Richard Kloster, of West Virginia, to be a Member of the Surface Transportation Board
  • Nomination of Adm. Kevin E. Lunday, to be Commandant of the United States Coast Guard
  • Nomination of Ryan McCormack, of Virginia, to be Under Secretary of Transportation for Policy
